Celebrating the Reef Hub

Building a network on a foundation of genuine connection and trust takes time and it's something I have been working on with my colleague Dr Katie Chartrand through the Cairns-Port Douglas Reef Hub over the past four years. We are now celebrating what we've achieved so far in a summary document and videos showing the impact and lessons learned from the pilot phase.

It's been really powerful to hear what the Reef Hub means to those who have been involved. We have an amazing community of reef stewards in our region and the Reef Hub has demonstrated what is possible when we come together to share ideas and collaborate. We are working hard to find funding to keep this momentum going to make sure this is just the start of a new chapter for us.
